FedRAG

FedRAG is a framework for fine-tuning retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, supporting both centralized training and federated learning across multiple parties. It provides RAG fine-tuning methods that can be federated with relatively little extra work.

It integrates with popular frameworks including HuggingFace, LlamaIndex and LangChain, and offers lightweight abstractions intended to simplify fine-tuning while keeping full control over the process.

It is installable from PyPI or conda-forge, with optional extras such as a HuggingFace integration, and is licensed under Apache-2.0.

A platform that pairs a Rete rule engine with retrieval-augmented generation, so deterministic rules decide an outcome and grounded retrieval explains the decision in plain language.

A hybrid retrieval engine for retrieval-augmented generation, written in Rust to run on-device on a phone or a laptop, combining lexical BM25 search, dense embedding search, reciprocal-rank fusion and cross-encoder re-ranking with no server.

A .NET library that turns PDF, DOCX, HWP and other documents into optimized chunks for RAG systems, through a five-stage pipeline built on high-performance Rust FFI readers.
