Fennara Godot AI

AI assistant tooling for the Godot Engine that gives MCP-capable apps such as Claude, Codex or Cursor a live connection to an open Godot project, plus an optional in-editor chat dock for talking to a model directly.

Fennara Godot AI

Fennara exposes Godot-aware tools over MCP so external AI coding apps, including Codex, Claude, Cursor, Gemini and Antigravity, can inspect scenes, check scripts, capture screenshots, read runtime errors and validate changes inside the running editor instead of guessing from project files alone. An optional local chat dock built into the Godot editor offers the same capabilities directly, using either a cloud provider key or a local provider such as Ollama or LM Studio.

Setup adds an addon kept under the project's addons folder, a small command-line tool, a local MCP server for external AI apps, and a local daemon that bridges MCP and chat requests to the open editor. It requires Godot 4.5 or newer on Windows, Linux or Apple Silicon macOS, and the built-in chat dock renders through the platform's native webview on each operating system.
