A Model Context Protocol server that gives an AI coding agent access to Figma design data, so it can implement a UI from a Figma file more accurately than from a pasted screenshot.

Framelink MCP for Figma

Framelink MCP for Figma is a Model Context Protocol server that gives coding agents such as Cursor access to Figma file data. A user pastes a link to a Figma file, frame or group, and the agent fetches its layout and styling and uses it to write the corresponding UI code.

Before passing Figma data to the model, the server simplifies and translates the raw Figma API response so only the layout and styling information relevant to the task is included, which keeps the context small and makes the generated code more accurate than working from a pasted screenshot.

It is configured as an MCP server in a code editor's configuration file, using a Figma API access token, and is written in TypeScript under the MIT license.
