Garmin MCP Server

Garmin MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol server that connects to Garmin Connect through the python-garminconnect library and exposes a user's fitness and health data to Claude and other MCP-compatible clients. It implements more than 110 tools covering around 90% of the python-garminconnect library.

Tools cover listing and editing activities, health metrics such as steps, heart rate, sleep, stress and respiration, body composition, training status and readiness, cycling power and lactate threshold data, gear and equipment, workouts and training plans, weekly health aggregates, and cycling analytics such as power zones, FIT file analysis and training load trends.

It is written in Python and built on top of the python-garminconnect library.
