Ghidra MCP Server

A Model Context Protocol server that exposes Ghidra's reverse-engineering capabilities as tools for AI agents, covering disassembly annotation, structure creation, script execution and cross-binary documentation transfer.

Ghidra MCP Server

Ghidra MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol server that bridges Ghidra's reverse-engineering capabilities to AI tools and automation frameworks. It exposes a large set of MCP tools with both read and write access, covering renaming, typing, commenting, structure creation, script execution, P-code emulation and live debugger integration, rather than read-only inspection alone.

It supports atomic transactions and batch operations to reduce API call overhead, configurable timeouts and graceful error handling, and can propagate documentation across versions of the same binary by matching functions through SHA-256 hashes. It can run headless or with the Ghidra GUI, connect to shared Ghidra servers for repository and version-control workflows, and run in Docker for automated analysis pipelines.

It is written in Java and licensed under Apache-2.0.
