HackerRank Orchestrate

A terminal-based support-ticket triage agent that classifies incoming tickets across three domains, retrieves answers from a local documentation corpus, and escalates high-risk or ambiguous requests instead of guessing.

HackerRank Orchestrate

HackerRank Orchestrate processes support tickets for three domains, HackerRank, Claude and Visa, using only documentation shipped inside its own data folder. It classifies each ticket, retrieves the relevant documentation through hybrid retrieval that combines sentence-transformer semantic similarity with a lightweight keyword score and an optional company-domain boost, and generates a grounded response with the source filename kept in the justification when it is safe to answer.

A safety-first escalation layer checks for prompt injection, destructive commands, sensitive personal information, fraud, identity theft, access-boundary requests, score manipulation, outage reports, unsupported security reports and insufficient context, and routes any of those to escalation rather than generating an answer. It supports a batch CSV workflow and an interactive chat workflow with conversation history, reads its model, retrieval, retry and escalation-pattern settings from environment variables, and caches embedding vectors and metadata locally. It was built for the HackerRank Orchestrate challenge and exposes no HTTP server, only a Python command-line interface.

A platform that pairs a Rete rule engine with retrieval-augmented generation, so deterministic rules decide an outcome and grounded retrieval explains the decision in plain language.

  • Xtriever

    github.com

A hybrid retrieval engine for retrieval-augmented generation, written in Rust to run on-device on a phone or a laptop, combining lexical BM25 search, dense embedding search, reciprocal-rank fusion and cross-encoder re-ranking with no server.

  • FileFlux

    github.com

A .NET library that turns PDF, DOCX, HWP and other documents into optimized chunks for RAG systems, through a five-stage pipeline built on high-performance Rust FFI readers.
