HelixDB

A graph-vector database, written in Rust, that combines graph, vector, key-value, and document storage in one system for knowledge graphs and AI agent memory.

HelixDB

HelixDB is a database built primarily around a graph and vector data model, while also supporting key-value, document, and relational data, aimed at applications that would otherwise need separate application, relational, and vector databases. It gives agents federated access to an organization's data for memory and other applications.

A CLI installs and manages local instances and connects to a hosted Helix Cloud; an interactive bootstrapper can install query skills and a docs MCP server, scaffold a project, start a local instance, seed example data, and hand off to a coding agent to build a working application. Queries are authored with Rust, TypeScript, Go, or Python DSLs that compile to the same JSON query format and are sent to a running instance over HTTP.

It is written in Rust and released under the Apache-2.0 license.

    clickin.github.io

A SQL-first data-access toolkit for TypeScript that keeps ordinary SQL visible in tagged template literals, binds interpolated values safely by default, supports readable conditional SQL directives, and lets a schema validate the returned rows.

  • A SQL-style query language and toolchain for the Qdrant vector database, covering dense, sparse and hybrid search, filtering and multitenancy, with the same grammar running from a CLI, Python, Node.js, Rust, WebAssembly and an in-process edge engine.

  • Fast Knowledge

    github.com

A self-hosted, Java-based knowledge base for small and mid-sized organizations, turning internal documents into a searchable, question-answerable and audit-exportable knowledge asset with hybrid retrieval and Docker deployment.
