Hope Agent

A local-first, cross-device desktop AI agent that remembers context across sessions, pursues long-running goals in the background, and can generate designs, documents and code changes.

Hope Agent

Hope Agent is a desktop-first personal AI agent built to behave like ready-to-use software rather than a developer framework: a user supplies an API key or signs in and starts working immediately, without setting up an environment or a command line, though a self-hosted Docker deployment and a developer path are also available. It keeps long-term, cross-session memory organized by scope, retrieves details only as needed, and can be given a goal that it continues to work toward in the background, pausing, resuming or checking in as required.

Beyond conversation, it can generate web pages, mobile prototypes, presentations and other design artifacts from a short description or a reference image, extract a design system from a screenshot, URL, Figma file or existing codebase, and hand a chosen design over to be implemented in a connected repository. Under approval, it can also control a computer and browser, run commands, read and write files, call MCP tools, and coordinate multiple agents on a single task. It runs across desktop, server, web and messaging channels with the same underlying session and memory.
