InstantCMS

InstantCMS is a free, open-source content-management system that supports any content type and includes a built-in social-networking layer alongside standard CMS functionality, aimed at building websites for any purpose without needing a separate community platform. It is designed to be extended through templates and plugins, and ships with an admin dashboard, SEO tools, a mobile-friendly default template and a multilingual admin interface.

Running it requires PHP 7.3 or later with GD, iconv, mbstring, simplexml, JSON and filter extensions, MySQL 5.0 or later (or MariaDB), and either Apache with mod_rewrite or Nginx with converted rewrite rules. It is licensed under GPL-2.0, with official documentation, an add-ons marketplace and an online demo available in both English and Russian.
