JARVIS

A voice assistant that talks through a project idea with the user, writes the resulting design to a file, then starts and supervises a real Claude Code session on it, announcing out loud when the agent needs input.

JARVIS

JARVIS is a voice interface built on top of a user's existing Claude Code subscription. Spoken conversation lets it brainstorm a project one question at a time; once a direction is settled, it writes the design to a file and starts a Claude Code session that works through planning, review and execution. It watches every Claude Code session on the machine and announces out loud, without the user needing to look, when one of them is stuck waiting on a person.

It runs entirely on the Claude Code subscription the user already pays for: no Anthropic API key is used on the voice path, and every process it launches has API-related environment variables stripped first, so a key left in a local configuration file is never picked up by mistake. The only paid component is a separate text-to-speech service that gives it a voice; without a key for that service it falls back to showing replies as text.

It is built for macOS with a TypeScript and Python codebase; its dashboard screenshots use invented sample data rather than a real project.
