Joey MCP Client
A cross-platform Flutter chat app that connects to hundreds of AI models through OpenRouter and to remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP, running an agentic tool-use loop against them.
Joey MCP Client is a chat application built with Flutter that talks to AI models through OpenRouter and to remote Model Context Protocol servers over Streamable HTTP. It runs an agentic loop that executes MCP tools and feeds the results back to the model until a task finishes, and supports multiple MCP servers in one conversation with tool calling, sampling, elicitation, OAuth, and session resumption.
Conversations persist locally in SQLite with full-text search, support editing, regenerating, and sharing messages as Markdown, and can include image and audio attachments. The model picker covers any OpenRouter model with search, modality filters, and price or context-length sorting, and tracks token and cost usage per message and per conversation.
It runs natively on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux, with desktop builds distributed through GitHub Releases.
