Jupyter AI Agents

Jupyter AI Agents adds a chat panel to JupyterLab, built with Pydantic AI for agent orchestration and Vercel AI Elements for the interface, that currently supports Anthropic's Claude Sonnet as its model. A Jupyter MCP server starts automatically as a Jupyter server extension, giving the agent access to Jupyter-specific tools for interacting with notebooks, executing code and managing files directly from the chat panel.

A separate command-line interface exposes the same agents for scripted, automated notebook operations outside of the interactive chat panel.

It installs with pip and is licensed under BSD-3-Clause.
