Kata Symphony

An autonomous software-factory agent orchestrator that polls GitHub or Linear for candidate tickets and dispatches parallel coding-agent sessions to work them from backlog through pull-request creation, review and merge.

Kata Symphony

Kata Symphony manages the full lifecycle of a ticket: it polls GitHub or Linear project boards for candidates, dispatches parallel agent sessions with configurable per-state concurrency limits, and carries each ticket through implementation, pull-request creation, automated code review, human review and merge, with agents continuing on the same session across multiple turns and streaming events in real time from workers to the orchestrator. It can run headlessly with the linked GitHub or Linear board as the primary interface, or be steered and monitored through an integrated web dashboard, a Rust terminal interface, or an extension for the Pi coding agent.

Project setup writes a workflow definition and starter prompts to a local configuration folder, and changes to the workflow file take effect without restarting the orchestrator. A companion, separately maintained command-line tool provides an opinionated planning workflow that integrates with Symphony.

It is written in Rust and released under the MIT license.
