Lively

A normalized store of work context that AI accumulates and maintains on its own, injecting a company's product, code and decision history into every team member's AI so everyone works from the same context.

Lively

Lively is built on the premise that model capability alone no longer differentiates outcomes, since competitors use the same models; what differs is whether a team's context, scattered across chats, documents, code and meetings, is actually collected and handed to the AI, and whether it stays current rather than going stale like a wiki nobody maintains.

It hands ownership of that context to AI rather than to a person, automatically accumulating and maintaining a normalized store that stays current as decisions and code change, so a conclusion one teammate reaches with AI today is available to a teammate's AI tomorrow.

It is aimed at IT product organizations, open-core and self-hosted, written in TypeScript, and licensed AGPL-3.0.
