MCP Atlassian

MCP Atlassian is configured with an Atlassian API token, or a Personal Access Token for a Server or Data Center deployment, and connects to Claude Desktop, Cursor, or another MCP-compatible client so a user can ask an assistant to find issues assigned to them, search Confluence for documentation, create a bug ticket, or update an issue's status. It exposes a documented set of Jira and Confluence tools covering both products.

Documentation is also published in the llms.txt format, giving a documentation sitemap and a full-text version specifically meant to be easy for a language model to consume directly. It supports installation through uvx, Docker, pip, or from source, and a separate integration path for Autohand Code with its own scoped configuration.

It is written in Python and distributed under the MIT license.
