MCP Server for LinkedIn

An open-source Model Context Protocol server that gives Claude and other MCP-compatible AI agents access to LinkedIn profiles, companies, jobs and messages through a user's own logged-in browser session.

MCP Server for LinkedIn

MCP Server for LinkedIn is a Model Context Protocol server that connects AI assistants such as Claude to LinkedIn through a user's own logged-in browser session, with all browser actions running locally on the user's machine. It exposes tools for looking up a person's or a company's profile, sending connection requests and messages, managing an inbox and its conversations, and searching for and reading job postings and saved jobs.

Individual tools cover reading profile sections such as experience, education, skills, projects and posts; reading and searching messaging conversations; reading company posts and finding company employees; and searching people, companies and jobs by keyword, location or other filters. Actions such as sending a message require confirmation before they run.

It is an independent open-source project, not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or Microsoft, and is written in Python under the Apache-2.0 license.
