MCP Server Kubernetes

A Model Context Protocol server that connects to a Kubernetes cluster and lets an AI agent manage it through kubectl and Helm, loading credentials from the usual kubeconfig sources.

MCP Server Kubernetes

MCP Server Kubernetes connects to a Kubernetes cluster and lets an MCP-compatible AI client manage it, loading a kubeconfig from the default location or from several other supported sources in priority order. It expects kubectl and, optionally, Helm 3 already installed and working against a real or local cluster such as minikube, Rancher Desktop or GKE before it is added to an agent.

It installs into Claude Code or Codex with a single built-in command that registers the server automatically, into Claude Desktop through a JSON configuration entry or as a downloadable extension, or into VS Code through any MCP-compatible extension. It is written in TypeScript and licensed under MIT.
