mcresc

mcresc is an interactive debugger for Mornington Crescent, an esoteric programming language whose programs are written as routes through the London Underground. It renders execution as movement across an actual Tube map, with syntax-highlighted code that can be paused and stepped through, and also includes a module for interacting directly with the Tube map SVG supplied by Transport for London.

It is written in vanilla ES2015 with no external dependencies and has been tested running directly in current versions of Chrome and Firefox. The debugger is currently hardcoded to load a single Hello World script, does not support live editing of source, and cannot yet set breakpoints, so a script runs to completion once started.
