Milvus Model Lib

milvus-model is a library that connects Milvus, a vector database built for AI applications, to common embedding and reranker models used for semantic search. It supports models from service providers including OpenAI, Voyage AI, Cohere, Jina AI and TypeSafe, as well as open-source models served through SentenceTransformers or Hugging Face's Text Embeddings Inference.

It is included as a dependency of pymilvus, Milvus's Python SDK, and can also be installed on its own, requiring Python 3.8 or later.
