Minke

Minke is a local-first desktop agent workspace, powered by DeepSeek Harness, that brings conversations, files, terminals and a shared browser into one app for macOS, Windows and Linux.

Minke

Minke is an independent community desktop app built around DeepSeek Harness, storing sessions and settings on the user's own computer. It combines conversations, a file browser, terminals and a shared browser in one workspace with split views and a bottom panel, letting a user watch the agent control a visible browser tab, take over at any time, and send annotated page context back into the conversation.

It supports both cloud model providers and local models discovered from LM Studio or Ollama, and can use DeepSeek Harness's presets, skills, subagents, scheduled tasks and native plugins. The workspace can also be reached remotely from a phone or another computer through a responsive web client, using Tailscale Serve, a direct Tailscale IP, or a Cloudflare Access tunnel, or tasks can be started through WeChat, Telegram or Discord.

It is written in TypeScript, licensed under Apache-2.0, and is under active development.
