Munder Difflin
A free, local multi-agent harness that turns terminal coding-agent CLIs you already run, such as Claude Code and Codex, into a coordinated office of agents visualized on a shared 2D floor.
Munder Difflin is a free, open-source multi-agent harness that works with the subscriptions a user already pays for, on their existing hourly limits. It wraps terminal coding-agent CLIs -- including Claude Code, Antigravity (Gemini), OpenAI Codex, xAI Grok, Kimi Code, Gemini CLI, Qwen, OpenCode, Crush, pi.dev, GitHub Copilot CLI and Cursor -- and also supports bring-your-own API keys and local models.
Each wrapped CLI runs as a real process in its own terminal, and agents message, route work between each other, and remember context over time, coordinated by a user-controlled clone that assigns work between them; the office of agents is visualized as avatars at work on a shared 2D office floor. The app is built with Electron, React, TypeScript, Pixi.js, xterm.js and node-pty, and also offers local dictation and meeting transcription.
It is distributed as a signed and notarized download for macOS, Windows and Linux, with the open-source build available from the project's GitHub releases.
