My Claude Code Setup

A ready-to-fork Claude Code template for academic work in LaTeX, Beamer and R, with specialized review agents, quality gates and replication checks.

My Claude Code Setup

My Claude Code Setup is a ready-to-fork foundation for AI-assisted academic work: a researcher describes lecture slides, a paper, a data analysis or a replication package, and Claude plans the approach, runs specialized agents, fixes issues, verifies quality and presents the results. It was extracted from a production PhD course and is extended by a growing community of academic users.

Its quality-gate suite runs ten automated checkers through a backtest script and a separate quality scorer, both driven by Python, and a setup-validation script reports exactly which prerequisites, such as XeLaTeX for Beamer slides or Quarto for Quarto documents, are missing along with install links; users who only need Python, R or Markdown output can skip those and use the data-analysis and paper-review commands directly. A committed MEMORY.md file collects lessons that help every fork, while machine-specific notes stay in Claude Code's own local memory. It is licensed under MIT.
