NetworkX MCP Server

An MCP server, specialized for academic citation analysis, that lets an AI assistant build citation networks from DOIs, calculate author impact metrics such as the h-index, and run graph algorithms like PageRank directly inside a conversation.

NetworkX MCP Server

NetworkX MCP Server brings graph analysis into an AI conversation for researchers, academics, and students working on citation analysis, rather than requiring separate tools such as VOSviewer or CitNetExplorer. It builds citation networks from DOIs using the CrossRef API, which gives access to over 156 million academic papers, calculates author impact metrics such as h-index and total citations, maps co-authorship networks to identify key collaborators, and surfaces publication and citation trends over time.

Beyond these academic-specific tools, it exposes 43 general graph operations ranging from basic manipulation to algorithms such as PageRank, can export citation networks in the academic-standard BibTeX format, and generates publication-ready network visualizations. It installs as a Python package and is configured as an MCP server inside Claude Desktop or a similar MCP-compatible client.

    light-cloud.com

A hosting platform that deploys a static site, a container, or a managed Postgres database straight from a GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket push, with a preview URL for every branch and an MCP server for deploying from Claude Code.

  • ForensicDbg

    forensicdbg.com

A post-mortem debugger for native Windows x86 and x64 crashes, with an MCP interface so AI tools can consume crash-dump analysis directly.

  • Karada.ai

    karada.ai

A CI/CD platform that auto-compiles existing APIs into Go MCP servers, attaches composable middleware, and exposes them through one gateway usable from Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf.
