novyx-mcp
An MCP server that gives coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor reviewable shared memory, working locally with zero configuration or connecting to Novyx Cloud for governed, approvable actions and audit trails.
novyx-mcp is an MCP server providing governed actions, shared memory, audit and rollback for MCP clients such as Claude Desktop, Cursor and Claude Code. It works locally with no configuration, storing memory and running policy evaluation against a local SQLite database, or it can connect to Novyx Cloud for policy-as-code, approval workflows, governance dashboards, threat intelligence and eval baselines.
Its core workflow lets an agent draft a memory entry with tags and an importance score on a named branch, then merge that branch once reviewed, so agent memory becomes reviewable before it is made permanent rather than accumulating as untracked context. When connected to Novyx Cloud, the same server also exposes governed-action tools for submitting an action, listing pending actions, approving an action, and explaining why an action was allowed or blocked.
It installs with pip install novyx-mcp and is configured through Claude Desktop's config file, Cursor's MCP settings, or the claude mcp add command.
