Obsidian Mind

A self-organizing Obsidian vault that gives AI coding agents persistent memory across sessions, recording notes, decisions and links automatically from conversation and updating its own indexes.

Obsidian Mind

Obsidian Mind is an Obsidian vault, built for Claude Code with working hooks for Codex CLI and Gemini CLI, that gives a coding agent persistent memory so each session can build on the last. At the start of a session the agent reads a top-priorities note, checks active projects and scans recent memories before responding; during a session, commands let it record a brain dump, capture an incident timeline from a chat thread, or run a standup summary of open work.

The same commands update files such as people notes, decision records and a personal log document, and an end-of-day command verifies that notes are linked and indexes are current. It installs either through a dedicated installer or by cloning the vault directly, and shares the same hooks, commands and vault structure across the supported agents.
