obsidian-wiki

A memory system that lets an AI coding agent compile documents, chats and transcripts you feed it into a persistent, interlinked Obsidian wiki that grows over time.

obsidian-wiki

obsidian-wiki is a memory system for AI agents that compiles what a user feeds it into an interlinked Obsidian wiki instead of leaving it stuck in a chat log. It ingests any text-shaped source, such as documents, PDFs, chat exports, meeting transcripts or screenshots, and produces cross-referenced markdown pages that a person owns and keeps growing.

Command-style triggers ingest a folder, distill the current repository, capture the current conversation, or mine a user's past history with an assistant such as Claude, and query commands ask the wiki a question, request a cited briefing on a topic, or summarize what was learned recently. Maintenance commands find broken links, orphaned pages and contradictions, and deduplicate the vault.

It installs with pip, requires no separate runtime or vendor lock-in, and works with any agent that reads a markdown-based skill, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Windsurf.
