oh-my-codex

A workflow layer for OpenAI's Codex CLI that keeps Codex as the execution engine while adding a repeatable plan-to-completion workflow, invoked through commands such as $plan, $team and $code-review.

oh-my-codex

oh-my-codex (OMX) runs on top of an existing Codex CLI installation rather than replacing it, adding a consistent workflow from initial clarification through to completion. Its canonical workflow commands -- $plan, $ultragoal, $team, $code-review and $ultraqa -- can each be invoked independently rather than as a fixed chain, and project guidance, plans, logs and state are kept in a .omx/ directory alongside the code.

It is primarily designed and tuned for macOS or Linux with the Codex CLI; native Windows and the Codex App are not the default supported path and may behave inconsistently. It installs as the official oh-my-codex npm package, and the project's documentation notes that other names such as "OMX v2" are not official continuations of this project unless its own README or docs say so.

It is written in TypeScript and licensed under the MIT license.
