oh-my-pi

A coding agent, forked from Mario Zechner's Pi, that wires IDE-level tooling such as language-server and debugger operations directly into its tool set and supports more than 60 model providers.

oh-my-pi

oh-my-pi (installed as the omp command) reports shipping more than 60 model providers, 31 built-in tools, 14 language-server operations and 28 debug-adapter-protocol operations, built on roughly 80,000 lines of Rust core. Its file-reading tool returns summarized snippets rather than a whole file's contents, and its editing, search and prompting behavior are tuned per model, aiming for edits that apply on the first attempt across different providers.

Shell completions for bash, zsh and fish are generated directly from the CLI's own command and flag metadata, so they track the actual commands; model names and resumable session identifiers complete dynamically against the bundled model catalog and on-disk sessions. It installs through a shell install script, Homebrew, Bun, Nix, or a Windows PowerShell script, and can be pinned to a specific version through mise.

During a trial period, pull requests are open to any contributor without the project's usual vouching requirement. It is written in TypeScript and licensed under the MIT license.
