OPC — One Person Company

A single Claude Code skill that acts as a full team of 21 role agents, building, reviewing and evaluating a product through a pipeline of code-enforced quality gates from one short brief.

OPC — One Person Company

OPC (One Person Company) runs a digraph-based pipeline of 21 built-in roles, such as PM, Designer, Security and a Devil's Advocate, that build, review and evaluate code, following one principle: the agent that does the work never evaluates it. A task is inferred from the request, routed into one of six flow templates such as quick, review, build-verify, full-stack or pre-release, and moves through typed nodes for discussion, build, review, execute and gate, iterating or failing back until a mechanical verdict is reached.

Its build-verify flow can turn a single one-line brief into a complete, production-quality site with design tokens injected and visual quality checked by a design-intelligence extension. Beyond UI work, it also runs long unattended feature builds from a plan file over many hours, dispatches several independent role agents in parallel for a code review, and runs acceptance, audit and end-to-end gates before a release.
