OpenCode Agent Orchestration Kit

An open-source harness that turns OpenCode into a structured team of specialized agents for research, design, specification, implementation, review and validation, with durable state and explicit handoffs.

OpenCode Agent Orchestration Kit

OAK focuses on bounded engineering workflows rather than large parallel worker pools, adding durable state, explicit handoffs between roles, independent review, validation evidence and optional human approval gates on top of OpenCode. It is model-agnostic within OpenCode, so each role can use the default model or an explicit provider and model already configured in the user's own OpenCode setup.

It provides role-based agents with explicit responsibilities, slash commands for common product-development workflows, local process skills and reusable engineering checklists, safe installation and uninstall scripts, and local validation for its own configuration and harness contracts, with optional integrations for Open Design, Impeccable and observability tooling. Small, clear, low-risk changes can go straight to implementation, while larger or more ambiguous work follows the full research, planning, review and evidence flow. It is licensed Apache-2.0 and describes itself as local-first and not a hosted platform or a replacement for engineering judgment.

  • rig

    tryrig.ai

A small, single-binary agent runtime that points at any OpenAI-compatible model, local or hosted, reads and edits a repository's code, runs its tests and remembers what it learned, with a loop implemented in a few hundred lines.

  • Jauvex

    jauvex.reindent.com

An Electron desktop app that puts Claude Code, Codex and Grok coding-agent sessions side by side and lets you steer them by voice, with a small model handling fast routing decisions.
