OpenCode Swarm

A plugin for OpenCode that splits a single AI coding session into an architect-led team of specialized agents for implementation, review, testing, security and documentation, with required gates before anything ships.

OpenCode Swarm

OpenCode Swarm turns OpenCode into a multi-agent development pipeline: one agent writes code, a different agent reviews it, another writes and runs tests, and another checks security, with every required gate having to pass before a change ships. Its live roster of core, optional and conditional agents, including architect, coder, reviewer, test engineer, critic and documentation roles, is generated from the current plugin configuration.

Installation is a single command that registers the plugin, disables conflicting default OpenCode agents, and writes an editable configuration file. A gated GitHub Action lets the pipeline run from an issue label or workflow dispatch and open an evidence-backed pull request. It requires Bun 1.3.13 or newer, or Node.js 22.13 or newer for npm-based installs.
