OpenStitch

An open-source, locally-runnable AI UI design tool that turns a description, screenshot or wireframe sketch into interactive frontend code on an infinite canvas, using local models through Ollama.

OpenStitch

OpenStitch generates rendered, interactive frontend code from a text description, a dropped screenshot or a rough wireframe sketch, using local vision and coding models served through Ollama. Generated screens can be linked into flows and clicked through in a Play Mode, and a workspace panel shows the design plan, generated code and a live preview side by side.

It can generate a full multi-screen product in one pass from a shared design document, pick from more than 50 bundled brand design systems or generate a new one, and apply functional patterns such as responsiveness, accessibility and animation. It runs as a Docker Compose stack with a SQLite database, and is intended for local or private-network use rather than public deployment, since it has no built-in authentication.
