Parler

A protocol and CLI that moves a live conversation from one AI coding agent to another -- Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and others -- without copying the transcript or re-writing the brief for the new tool.

Parler

Parler lets a live coding-agent conversation continue in a different tool. Installing it wires together the agent apps already on a machine, and starting a conversation from the agent that already has context prints a join command that hands the same live thread to another agent, which joins caught up on everything said so far.

Messaging works across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini, Claude Desktop, OpenCode, VS Code, and Cline, with continuous, visible conversations currently supported for Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode. Setup requires no editing of MCP configuration files, no created identities, and no hub to run; a macOS desktop app offers the same connect flow with one click.

The printed join command is a private invitation whose key admits anyone holding it by default; an --approval flag requires the creator to approve each new participant.
