Persistent Agent Workspace

A CLI scaffold that adds persistent memory, identity and coordination to AI coding agents built on Claude Code, so multiple agents share one project filesystem and can pick up work another agent left off.

Persistent Agent Workspace

AIPass adds an agent layer on top of an existing project rather than being a standalone product: agent state is stored as plain JSON files in the project directory, communication between agents happens through local mailbox files, and a thin install layer outside the project adds Claude Code hooks, PATH entries and a settings directory.

Agents persist across sessions so their context and expertise build up over time instead of starting from zero, and all agents share the same filesystem, project and timeline rather than working in separate sandboxes. A single command, drone @agent, reaches any agent, and the tool drives the user's existing Claude Code subscription rather than requiring separate API keys. Installation bootstraps a reference fleet of 18 agents and runs a health check that can automatically fix common setup problems.
