pi coding agent (dockerized)

A Docker Compose setup that runs the pi coding agent in an isolated container with file-system isolation, dropped privileges and persistent storage, including an offline mode using a local llama.cpp model.

pi coding agent (dockerized)

This repository packages the pi coding agent, distributed as the @earendil-works/pi-coding-agent npm module, into a container built for local execution. It strips OS privilege-escalation binaries from the image, drops privileges at runtime, and keeps agent state and configuration under a persistent local data directory.

A Makefile builds the image, starts the agent in interactive terminal mode, opens a shell inside the running container, and can pass arbitrary flags or one-off prompts to the agent. An offline mode points the agent at a local llama.cpp server instead of a hosted model, configured through files in the agent's data directory. The maintainer notes the project has moved to a newer, generic multi-agent container.
