PortableLM (PrivatePixelPrompt)

A portable local AI environment that runs offline from a USB drive or hard disk, providing text chat, image generation and text-to-speech without installing anything on the host machine.

PortableLM (PrivatePixelPrompt)

PortableLM is a self-contained local AI environment that runs directly from a USB drive, an external disk or a local disk on Windows, macOS, Linux or Android through Termux, without installing anything on the host system. It bundles a portable Python runtime and isolated engine binaries so a user can carry models between machines and use them offline once set up.

It combines three tools in one interface: text chat backed by Ollama with small local models such as LFM2.5, Gemma 2, Llama 3 and Qwen, image generation through Stable Diffusion with adjustable aspect ratios and step progress, and text-to-speech through Piper. Generated images and audio are saved to a shared folder with metadata and browsable in built-in galleries, and a local HTTP server lets the interface be reached from a phone or tablet on the same network.
