QA-Pilot

A chat tool for exploring and understanding GitHub repositories or locally uploaded source trees using a local or hosted LLM, with a code graph for navigation.

QA-Pilot

QA-Pilot is an interactive chat tool for quickly understanding and navigating a GitHub code repository with an online or local LLM. It can load a public repository by cloning it, or index a locally uploaded source directory of up to 2,000 files without cloning, covering common source and text file types while skipping dependency and cache directories such as .git, .venv and node_modules.

Each upload creates its own snapshot and chat session, multiple sessions can be searched by name, and chat history is stored. A codegraph view lets users browse indexed Python and Go files alongside the conversation.

It supports many LLM providers, including Ollama, OpenAI, Mistral, LocalAI, Zhipu AI, Anthropic, llama.cpp, Nvidia, Tongyi and Moonshot, and its frontend is built with Svelte.
