QGIS MCP

An MCP integration that connects QGIS to any AI agent speaking the Model Context Protocol, exposing 125 tools for managing layers, editing features, running processing algorithms, rendering and styling maps, authoring layouts and atlases, and running cross-layer SQL.

QGIS MCP

QGIS MCP has two parts: a QGIS plugin that runs a non-blocking TCP socket server inside QGIS's own event loop to process JSON commands, and a separate MCP server built with FastMCP that exposes those QGIS operations as MCP tools over that socket. Installing the plugin from inside QGIS and starting its server is the only setup needed on the QGIS side.

It works with QGIS 3.28 through 4.x and is model and client agnostic, with documented connection steps for Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Qwen Code, Kimi Code CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, opencode, LM Studio, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code and Windsurf, each run through uvx directly from the project's own GitHub archive with no separate clone needed.

  • Light Cloud

    light-cloud.com

A hosting platform that deploys a static site, a container, or a managed Postgres database straight from a GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket push, with a preview URL for every branch and an MCP server for deploying from Claude Code.

  • ForensicDbg

    forensicdbg.com

A post-mortem debugger for native Windows x86 and x64 crashes, with an MCP interface so AI tools can consume crash-dump analysis directly.

  • Karada.ai

    karada.ai

A CI/CD platform that auto-compiles existing APIs into Go MCP servers, attaches composable middleware, and exposes them through one gateway usable from Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf.
