RAG Me Up

RAG Me Up is a simple, extensible framework for building Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications quickly, with a Docker Compose stack covering a Postgres database, a Node.js API server, a React UI and a Python RAG server.

RAG Me Up

RAG Me Up is a modular framework for building RAG applications, letting a developer plug in their own chunkers, vector stores or retrievers instead of writing that boilerplate from scratch. A full Docker Compose setup runs everything, including a Postgres database, a Node.js API server and a React client, with the Python RAG server running in CPU-only mode inside Docker.

A hybrid mode runs the Python RAG server standalone on the host machine instead, so it has full access to the host's GPU and CUDA for embeddings and inference, while Postgres, the Node API and the React client continue to run in Docker and reach the host server over a configured URL.

It is written in Python, distributed under the Apache-2.0 license, and documented at a dedicated project site with setup instructions, architecture docs and API references.

    ai-rete-rag.com

A platform that pairs a Rete rule engine with retrieval-augmented generation, so deterministic rules decide an outcome and grounded retrieval explains the decision in plain language.

  • Xtriever

    github.com

A hybrid retrieval engine for retrieval-augmented generation, written in Rust to run on-device on a phone or a laptop, combining lexical BM25 search, dense embedding search, reciprocal-rank fusion and cross-encoder re-ranking with no server.

  • FileFlux

    github.com

A .NET library that turns PDF, DOCX, HWP and other documents into optimized chunks for RAG systems, through a five-stage pipeline built on high-performance Rust FFI readers.
