RediSearch

A Redis module providing secondary indexing, full-text search, and vector similarity search, now built into Redis 8 rather than distributed as a separate module.

RediSearch

RediSearch adds querying, secondary indexing, and full-text search to Redis. A user declares indexes on Redis data and then queries them with the RediSearch query language, using compressed inverted indexes for fast indexing with a low memory footprint.

It supports exact-phrase and fuzzy matching, numeric filtering, field weighting, boolean queries, phonetic matching, auto-complete, stemming-based query expansion in several languages, geospatial and geoshape search, aggregations, and vector similarity search with k-nearest-neighbor and filtered queries.

As of Redis 8, this functionality is integrated directly into Redis as the Redis Query Engine, and standalone releases of the module are no longer published. It is written in Rust.
