Remembra Relay

An MCP server and CLI that hands off a coding-agent session to the next one by building a brief from git facts and test results rather than trusting the previous agent's own summary.

Remembra Relay

Remembra Relay saves a handoff when an agent session ends, built from what git actually shows happened -- the branch, commits, changed and uncommitted files, and unpushed commits -- plus, for Claude Code and Codex, the commands and test runs recorded in the local transcript, which never leaves the machine and is redacted before anything is shared. The next session, in the same tool or a different one, starts from that handoff instead of from scratch.

The agent's own summary of what it did is checked against these git-derived facts and shown as unverified or explicitly contradicted, since an agent's claim of "done and pushed" can disagree with what git recorded. A doctor command and equivalent MCP tools diagnose why a handoff failed to arrive, reading local state only.

Installation is a pipx install plus a setup command that writes hook files after showing every change, with an MCP server exposing the same brief to any MCP-compatible agent.

  • rig

    tryrig.ai

A small, single-binary agent runtime that points at any OpenAI-compatible model, local or hosted, reads and edits a repository's code, runs its tests and remembers what it learned, with a loop implemented in a few hundred lines.

  • Jauvex

    jauvex.reindent.com

An Electron desktop app that puts Claude Code, Codex and Grok coding-agent sessions side by side and lets you steer them by voice, with a small model handling fast routing decisions.
