Rish

A local-first pocket agent app for iOS and Android that runs coding and general-purpose AI agent sessions on the phone, with a choice of model backend and approval-gated tool execution.

Rish

Rish brings agent conversations, workspaces and tool execution to a phone: a user chooses a model, describes a task, inspects the agent's work and approves changes without keeping a computer running. It ships four built-in connections, DeepSeek through its own DSH runtime, and adapters for Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and Zhipu's GLM, authenticated either with an API key or, currently on iOS only, a subscription sign-in through the vendor's own official CLI.

The app itself manages the agent loop, workspace, and tool-approval and execution records, while the built-in adapters handle the actual connection to each model service. As of this material it is described as an experimental source preview with no stable installable release yet, and coding is described as one of its uses rather than its only purpose.
