RisingWave

An event-streaming platform that ingests database changes, event streams and webhooks, computes incrementally, and serves fresh, queryable results at low latency, replacing a CDC-plus-Kafka-plus-stream-processor stack with one system.

RisingWave

RisingWave is an event-streaming platform aimed at agentic AI and other real-time applications that need data which is always fresh and queryable at low latency. It replaces a typical stack of change-data-capture, a message broker, a stream processor and a serving database with a single system that ingests, processes, serves and stores data.

It ingests from webhooks, native change-data-capture on databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, message brokers such as Kafka, Pulsar and Kinesis, and batch sources such as S3 and data warehouses, all under one SQL interface where streams and tables can be joined freely. It computes incrementally, so only the results affected by new data are recomputed, keeping materialized views up to date with sub-100-millisecond end-to-end freshness, and serves query results from its internal row store at single-digit to low-double-digit millisecond p99 latency without polling or cache warming. Data is stored in Apache Iceberg.

It installs through a shell script, Docker or Kubernetes, and is written in Rust under the Apache-2.0 license.

  • SQLBraid

    clickin.github.io

A SQL-first data-access toolkit for TypeScript that keeps ordinary SQL visible in tagged template literals, binds interpolated values safely by default, supports readable conditional SQL directives, and lets a schema validate the returned rows.

  • A SQL-style query language and toolchain for the Qdrant vector database, covering dense, sparse and hybrid search, filtering and multitenancy, with the same grammar running from a CLI, Python, Node.js, Rust, WebAssembly and an in-process edge engine.

  • Fast Knowledge

    github.com

A self-hosted, Java-based knowledge base for small and mid-sized organizations, turning internal documents into a searchable, question-answerable and audit-exportable knowledge asset with hybrid retrieval and Docker deployment.
