Sendmux Feedback Widget

A framework-agnostic, drop-in feedback widget for a website or app that turns each submission into structured email and webhook data an AI agent workflow can classify, group and route.

Sendmux Feedback Widget

Sendmux Feedback Widget is an open-source feedback widget for websites and in-app use, built as a framework-agnostic web component with zero dependencies. It sends each submission as JSON to a chosen destination: a normal inbox, a Sendmux agent mailbox, or the developer's own webhook, so a downstream process can triage it rather than it landing in a spreadsheet.

Once feedback arrives as email or a webhook payload, a connected workflow can classify it as an issue, idea or account-specific request, group duplicates, summarize threads and create or update GitHub issues. The widget itself supports configurable position, brand color and label, logged-in user context, dark mode, reduced motion, and shadow DOM styling to avoid clashing with a host app. It is written in TypeScript and MIT licensed.
