Shopify MCP Server

A Model Context Protocol server that exposes the Shopify Admin GraphQL API to AI assistants, letting them manage products, customers, orders, inventory and metafields through typed tools.

Shopify MCP Server

Shopify MCP Server translates MCP tool calls into Shopify Admin GraphQL operations, so an MCP client such as Claude Desktop or Claude Code can manage a Shopify store's products, variants, collections, customers, orders, inventory and metafields. It exposes around 40 tools organized by resource, each validating its arguments with a schema before calling the Shopify API.

It supports authentication through static access tokens or an OAuth client-credentials flow for Dev Dashboard apps, with an optional Redis-backed cache that stores and auto-refreshes OAuth tokens ahead of expiry. It includes structured JSON logging and a graceful shutdown path.

It is written in TypeScript and licensed under MIT.
