Entries record the full text of a system prompt alongside its model name and release date, spanning Claude's web, desktop and Claude Code system prompts across several model versions, ChatGPT and Codex, Gemini, Grok and other assistants; a running table tracks the most recently added or changed prompts.

The collection has been cited as a source by outside data journalism projects, including an interactive news story and a dashboard examining what a system prompt reveals about a conversation before it even starts. Contributions are accepted as pull requests when a different result is found for an already-listed prompt.

JavaScript, CC0-1.0 licensed; the repository is a documentation archive rather than executable software.
