Taiwan Legal RAG
A free Taiwan legal MCP server and CLI that retrieves Taiwan court judgments, administrative interpretations and constitutional court rulings by semantic search, for use with the caller's own AI tool.
Taiwan Legal RAG retrieves Taiwan court judgments, administrative interpretations and constitutional court rulings from Legal Detective's public TLR endpoint and packages the results for use with the caller's own AI tool. It does not generate legal advice, does not call any LLM itself, and does not guarantee the semantic faithfulness of a third-party model's output.
It is available as a hosted MCP server that a range of AI assistants can connect to directly, and as a source-available command-line tool backed by the same retrieval infrastructure. Its citation check only confirms that a cited judgment belongs to the retrieved bundle, not that the citation is used correctly. No signup or API key is required.
The backend indexes millions of court judgments alongside statutes, regulations and administrative rules, updated daily from Taiwan's judicial and administrative open data.
