The Dev Squad

A Claude Code setup that gives one session a supervisor role over a planner, plan reviewer, coder, and tester, so a single build plan becomes the shared contract the whole team works from instead of copy-pasting between separate chats.

The Dev Squad

The Dev Squad configures Claude Code sessions into a small team: a supervisor that can call on a planner, a plan reviewer, a coder, and a tester, all still ordinary Claude sessions rather than a separate product. The supervisor coordinates the team, but a person can still talk to any specialist directly.

Its central idea is that the build plan is the code contract: the planner writes a complete, copy-pasteable plan, a plan reviewer challenges it until the gaps are closed, and only then does the coder implement it, with the tester checking the result against the approved plan rather than guessing at what counts as done. The team shares a written doctrine -- a build-plan template, a checklist, and a locked plan file -- that keeps this quality bar consistent across runs.

It runs on an existing Claude subscription, with no separate account needed.
