TouchDesigner MCP

An MCP server that bridges AI models with TouchDesigner, letting agents create, modify and query nodes and run Python scripts inside a TouchDesigner project.

TouchDesigner MCP

TouchDesigner MCP is a Model Context Protocol server implementation for TouchDesigner that lets AI agents control and operate TouchDesigner projects. It acts as a bridge between AI models and TouchDesigner's WebServer DAT, so an agent can create, modify and delete nodes, query node properties and project structure, and run Python scripts against the running project.

Its tools also cover getting and updating node parameters, listing nodes under a parent path with optional filtering, capturing the current output of a TOP node as an image, retrieving TouchDesigner class and module documentation, and checking a node and its descendants for errors and warnings such as missing files, dangling references or shader failures.

Installation is intended to be handed to an AI coding assistant already in use, which is pointed at the project's installation guide; the project also documents update instructions for existing installs.

    forensicdbg.com

A post-mortem debugger for native Windows x86 and x64 crashes, with an MCP interface so AI tools can consume crash-dump analysis directly.
