Vector Databases: A Practical Introduction

The companion code repository for the O'Reilly book Vector Databases: A Practical Introduction, with full working applications for its later chapters.

Vector Databases: A Practical Introduction

This repository holds the code that accompanies the O'Reilly book Vector Databases: A Practical Introduction. Chapters 4 through 8 have full, runnable applications in the repository, going beyond the stubbed-out code shown in the book's text; the book notes that some of this code would have been too long to include in print.

It is intended to be read and run alongside the book itself, giving readers the complete versions of the examples the chapters walk through.
